Scalloped Oysters | scallop recipes

1 pint oysters, drained
1/2 teaspoon pepper
1/2 teaspoon salt
1 tablespoon worcestershire sauce
1 tablespoon grated onion
1/2 cup cracker crumbs or bread crumbs
4 tablespoon butter
1/2 cup heavy cream
Preheat oven to 350?F. Place half of the oysters in a
well-greased two quart casserole. Top with half of
each of the remaining ingredients except cream.
Repeat layers. Pour cream over all and bake 30
minutes. Yield: 6 Prep Time: 20 minutes Baking Time:
30 minutes
